Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
• Process sales orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and delivery arrangements using the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional service.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Source products, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities to meet customer and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales and order documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Be willing to adopt and leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve work efficiency, productivity, and customer service processes.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by keeping up to date with new technologies, including AI applications relevant to the role.
• Support continuous process improvements and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Details

• Salary range: $2800-$3500 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
• Working Location: Kallang (Central)
