HOSTMOST ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team, handle enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders for customers. The role is based in Singapore and offers a permanent, full-time arrangement with day shifts.

You will work in a hands-on capacity handling service orders, billing drafts, and ad hoc duties while leveraging ERP/SAP knowledge as an advantage. Career progression is outlined in the job path.

Qualifications

O Level or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of ERP, SAP and MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL is advantageous.
Minimum 1 year experience in sales support.

Responsibilities

Assisting the sales team.
Manage sales enquiries and create quotations.
Process sales or service orders.
Process draft billings.
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
