• Demonstrated experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably within the lighting industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales & projects records
• Assist with the preparation of sales quotation
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Support the sales & projects team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Inquire and follow up cost from manufacturer or factory
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales process improvements
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
