Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Process Manager to bridge strategy and operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable. You will own process design, documentation, and governance across Sales and Support functions.

You will lead new process design, drive continuous improvement, oversee audits and compliance, and train teams on updated procedures, with a focus on reducing waste and improving service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and map new processes to remove bottlenecks and align with strategy.
• Lead process execution, provide support and training, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Document SOPs, update manuals, and ensure audit readiness.
• Update processes owned by Sales teams and monitor KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Operations for process alignment.
• Onboard and train new team members on Sales processes.
