Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to support a 200-person sales division. You will analyze funnel performance, identify lead quality issues, and implement changes across pre-qualifying processes to boost conversions.

The role requires strong SQL skills, 4+ years in sales operations or analytics, and a practical, execution-focused mindset. You will partner with sales teams and other stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with proven impactful commercial projects.
• 4+ years of work experience in a sales operations, sales excellence, or a sales analytics role (fintech/tech environment preferred).
• Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in data analysis and sales tools.
• Execution-oriented, practical, solutions-driven mindset with ability to implement changes at scale.
