Job summary

DJ SHOP is seeking a meticulous Sales Order Processor (encoder) to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role you will enter sales orders accurately, communicate with customers, and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in sales order processing or admin, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor (encoder) to join our team at DJ buyers block corporation' known as DJ SHOP. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders for our clients in the Quezon City Metro Manila area. Your attention to detail and strong administrative skills will be essential to the smooth operation of our sales department.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately enter sales orders into our internal systems, ensuring all customer information and order details are captured correctly
• Communicate with sales representative and customers to clarify any order requirements or discrepancies
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all sales orders
• Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales order processing or administrative role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
• Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and helpful manner
• Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Preferably knowledgeable or familiar using QUICK BOOKS software
