Duties and responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
• Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication.
• Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines.
• Assures files are properly prepared and saved to back up drives.
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to upper management.
• Ensures zero errors of posted transactions.
• Ensures accurate and timely posting and updating of inventory-related transactions in the system such as sales, purchases, and transfers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any course
• Prior experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar role is a plus
• Knowledgeable with any ERP system such as Netsuite, SAP and others software
• Can work with minimal supervision.
