Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Encode sales orders in the ERP system promptly and accurately.
• Verify product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate order status, delivery updates, or discrepancies to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and release order-related documents such as sales invoices and delivery receipts.
• Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on order processing and fulfillment performance.
