Job description

If you have obtained at least one (1) year of solid experience as an Order Processor in the supply chain and logistics industry, then you are the person we need. Additionally, the role takes client orders. Since he/she is responsible for the maintenance of the master data on the customer profile, point of delivery, lead time, and product portfolio, the job holder shall ensure that data concerning customer order method, frequency, and order system are accurate. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:

1. Monitor system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order.

2. Monitor order transfers and deliveries.

3. Prepare inbound, dispatch, and delivery report.
