Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
