Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a Retail company.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales Order Monitoring, updating and processing.
• Evaluate all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms and inform management for incomplete orders; verify client information to deliver products.
• Complete necessary paperwork/records for export purposes.
• Communicating with customers and our sales team to gather information needed to process and deliver sales orders.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by supervisor or management.
