Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. is seeking a Sales Order Processor responsible for accurately receiving, validating, and processing customer purchase orders to support smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

The role requires a graduate in Business or related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and maintain clear communication with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales order processing, order management, or related administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
Encode sales orders in the ERP system promptly and accurately.
Verify product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics for timely order fulfillment.
Communicate order status, delivery updates, or discrepancies to customers and internal teams.
Prepare and release order-related documents such as sales invoices and delivery receipts.
Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer concerns.
Prepare regular reports on order processing and fulfillment performance.
