Job summary

Yempo is seeking a Sales Administrator to handle inquiries, manage quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM data with a focus on accuracy and high-quality customer service. The role supports both internal teams and field staff, with a dynamic workload that includes admin duties and order processing.

You will work in a hybrid setup, optionally from home or the office, and you will engage with prestigious clients while maintaining data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven telephone-based sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving targets.
• Strong phone selling skills and active listening.
• Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase margin.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Asana is an advantage.
• Building effective working relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries from team members with high accuracy.
• Submit warranty requests and manage sales activity across roles.
• Record quotes and client feedback in the CRM for teams to access.
• Manage customer account queries and process orders quickly.
• Update stock counts and customer classification in the CRM.
• Support internal and F2F teams with admin tasks and pricing records.
• Process consignment stock orders and transfer requests.
• Manage all sample product requests and daily activity reporting.
• Log cases for sales order issues and coordinate ETAs with logistics.
• Request PODs from logistics and forward to customers; comply with ISMS.
