Job summary

Yempo is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a midshift role with the option to work from home or in the office, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and portal, build strong relationships, and drive solutions while maintaining accurate records. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and inbox, including sales orders and quotations.
• Respond to customers promptly and accurately, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Process customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with the web portal and share feedback with Account Managers.
• Follow established communication procedures and systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with ISMS information security policies and guidelines.
