Job summary

Yempo is offering an exciting dayshift Sales Administrator role with the choice to work from home or in the office.

You will support an Australia-based company by managing end-to-end sales administration, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. The role acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely service across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration
• Experience in Construction or Service-based industry (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience using Netsuite is ideal
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to listen
• Proven attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Manage and maintain sales documentation.
• Complete handovers to relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
