Job summary

Yempo is seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a mid-shift role with the option to work from home or from the office. You will handle incoming sales enquiries, support order fulfilment and logistics, and ensure accurate customer and shipment details.

The ideal candidate has B2B sales admin experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills (NetSuite/SalesForce), and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• B2B sales administration experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability including NetSuite/ SalesForce.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Experience processing quotations and/or sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries and process them accurately.
• Support order fulfilment and logistics, ensuring shipment and customer details are accurate and issues are flagged promptly.
• Prioritize quotation requests and provide a 5-minute turnaround for standard enquiries where all required information is available.
• Record quotations, customer feedback, and opportunities accurately in the CRM for the sales team.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and elevate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, including customer, machine, and commercial information.
• Process sales orders accurately, ensuring customer, product, pricing, and delivery details are correct
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
