Job summary

Yempo Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator for a night shift. You can work from home or in the office—your choice. The role focuses on handling sales enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining CRM data with accuracy and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries from team members with high accuracy.
• Submit warranty requests and manage sales activity.
• Switch between client and internal roles while delivering high customer service.
• Record quotes and feedback in the CRM for teams to access.
• Manage customer account queries and process sales orders quickly.
• Keep CRM data accurate, update machine counts and customer categories.
• Assist both internal and field teams with admin tasks like pricing and marketing requests.
• Process stock consignment and transfer requests.
• Manage all sample product requests and daily activity/financial targets.
• Log cases for sales order issues and handle ETA requests with logistics.
• Request PODs from logistics and forward to customers.
• Comply with ISMS information security policies and guidelines.
