Job summary

ByteBridge Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to streamline order processing, data management, and cross-functional coordination for the sales team in Metro Manila.

You will handle vendor communications, maintain CRM/ERP data, support multiple sales managers, and ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with IT and logistics teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately.

About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales processes and activities. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, order management, vendor coordination, data management, and customer service to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding quotations, pricing, and order status.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiate payment terms, and follow up on procurement and delivery timelines.
• Understand and follow internal guidelines and operational processes while processing orders.
• Support multiple sales managers and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Manage order status updates and proactively inform customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional coordination with teams such as Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and operational documentation.
• Ensure CRM/ERP systems are updated with accurate and timely information.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, order management, customer service, or related operational roles.
• Experience in the IT, technology, cloud, infrastructure, or systems integration industry is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with strong customer service knowledge and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working night/graveyard shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
