Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Sales Operations or related field.
• 1-2 years of leadership supervising at least three staff.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sales Operations team.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor metrics and use reports to drive decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for Account Managers and Operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations Coordinators.
• Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals.
