Job summary

Summer Technic Corp. is seeking a Sales Operations Officer to join our sales team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role focuses on streamlining sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring maximum efficiency across channels. You will support BA teams, monitor performance, oversee merchandising and inventory, and consolidate sales reports to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with reports, sales data and administrative tasks.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of Beauty Advisor (BA) teams across boutique stores.
• Monitor BA performance, attendance, schedules, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Oversee product merchandising, ensuring proper product display, stock visibility, and brand standards compliance.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, including stock movement, replenishment, and accuracy across stores.
• Coordinate with different sales channels and internal teams for smooth channel operations.
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales performance and provide data updates to support business decisions.
• Handle and monitor routine Department expenses, including documentation and coordination for timely processing.
• Support the Sales team in implementing promotions, campaigns, and other commercial activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational, merchandising, inventory, and sales concerns.
• Perform other sales operations and administrative duties as assigned by management.
