Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Post Sale Process Coordinator in the Philippines to oversee the transition from signed bids to order fulfillment. You will manage Salesforce Case records, verify all documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders progress through purchasing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance with established processes. Hybrid work arrangement with night shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM for case and opportunity management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and records.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Credit, Purchasing, and Engineering.
• Strong documentation management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce Case records and ensure creation of Case and Opportunity on Signed Bid.
• Coordinate with internal departments and update Opportunity status to Closed Won.
• Record Purchase Orders and vendor quotes in Salesforce Case/Opportunity.
• Verify bid documents for completeness, expiration, and alignment with the bid.
• Communicate missing items to Sales Representatives to obtain required materials.
