Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely and professional resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure efficient processes and compliance with company standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline processes and control costs.
• Plan and execute sales activities, promotions, and initiatives to increase leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, customer experience, and professional sales service.
