Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience managing CRM systems (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
• Knowledgeable with HVAC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate short-term and long-term sales forecasts.
• Formulate market-driven pricing strategies to improve competitiveness while safeguarding margins.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align forecasts with market trends and company objectives.
• Implement and monitor sales KPIs across teams; ensure targets are met.
• Manage CRM systems; ensure data accuracy, deal progress, and reporting cadence.
• Provide data-driven insights through weekly, monthly, and YTD reports; present dashboards and recommendations.
