Qualifications

• Experience in sales finance support, sales analytics, revenue operations, or accounting-related sales support.
• Strong CRM experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Looker).
• Highly detail-oriented and numbers-driven.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in tech, renewable energy, or high-volume sales environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate pricing, discounts, and quote accuracy before approval.
• Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or risks in sales financial data.
• Analyze historical and current sales financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and consistent usage of CRM and quoting systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, or other analytics tools for reporting and modeling.
• Own all sales reporting and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain reports covering: Conversion rates; Commission calculations.
• Work confidently in Excel / spreadsheets to analyse trends and produce accurate, timely insights.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations, not just raw numbers.
• Ensure data integrity - if the numbers are wrong, fix the system, not the spreadsheet.
