Qualifications

• Lead development of statistical and collaborative sales forecasts using historical data, market drivers and cross-functional input.

Responsibilities

• Provide forecast adjustment recommendations to regional leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Maintain Sales Outlook database with Risk & Opportunity analysis to shape the outlook.
• Lead regional sales reviews down to account and product level in line with commercial initiatives.
• Partner with IT to define data architecture and reports needed to manage business efficiently.
• Establish forecast accuracy metrics and communication forums for regional teams.
