Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is seeking a Sales Excellence Analyst / Sales Operations Analyst to manage the master dataset, build reports, and support management with insights to drive strategic decisions. The role focuses on data accuracy and scalable analytics within a hybrid sales environment.

You will work with the Sales Department to optimize processes and leverage BI tools for actionable insights, contributing to business growth in a global digital transformation company.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Office 365 (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online).
• Experience as Sales Admin/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst.
• Knowledge and practical working experience in CRM system.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and BI tools.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze periodical and requested reports using data visualization and Power BI.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, quota and KPI setting through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across countries to share insights.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Leader and Chief Accountant to drive forecast accuracy.
• Maintain data systems and troubleshoot data-related issues.
