Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support CRM reporting, territory planning, and monthly cadence analysis.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with SAP/D365/Salesforce, and collaboration across global teams to ensure accurate data and timely insights for sales leadership.

You will maintain our internal sales support site, assist in data integrity, and contribute to driving revenue through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• Preferably IT and/or Finance experience.
• Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales Operations and CRM support
• Plan and report sales territories
• Generate monthly sales cadence reports
• Track sales funnel and analyze trends
• Perform data uploads to D365/SFDC
• Create and manage Power BI dashboards
• Collaborate with CDM Key Users to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales Management
