The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, plus strong CRM, Excel, and data-analysis skills. Collaboration with finance and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations, business operations, or similar role within a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proven expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales operations software, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize sales operations processes across all sales teams.
• Analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain sales operations systems, tools, and dashboards for visibility.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota administration.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams for coordination.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and health.
• Support development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Train and mentor sales team members on processes and systems.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
