Job summary

Workato in the Philippines is seeking a data‑driven Sales Operations Data Analyst to empower our Sales and Revenue Operations teams with actionable insights and scalable dashboards. You will design data structures, integrate Salesforce and BoostUp, and develop SQL queries with dbt on Snowflake, building Sigma reports to visualize KPIs and support strategic decisions.

Requires 2+ years in Sales Ops or BI in SaaS, a quantitative degree, and strong communication with both technical and business

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or BI in a SaaS company.
• Experience with Salesforce and BoostUp data models.
• Proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Experience structuring data for KPIs with star schemas and data marts.
• Strong visualization skills with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate sales strategies into scalable data solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience supporting annual account assignments or territory planning is a plus.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data structures for SalesOps metrics.
• Serve as data owner for Salesforce, BoostUp, and other SalesOps tools.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data logic using dbt on Snowflake.
• Design, build, and manage Sigma dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs.
• Build well-modeled datasets for AI tools to enable self-service insights.
• Support annual account assignment and territory planning with data modeling.
• Think proactively about scalable reporting as data grows.
• Stay current on AI-driven analytics and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity across SalesOps platforms.
• Document data flows and perform peer reviews of transformations.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and fix quality issues.
