Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least two years of experience in sales support, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or similar business systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating across internal teams and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer accounts, contracts, and orders end-to-end—from opportunity support and approvals through to order fulfillment and billing accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Legal to resolve client cases involving assets, billing corrections, credits, and rebills.
• Research and resolve operational and billing issues, ensuring corrective actions align with guidelines and SOX controls.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for junior team members and cross-functional partners on system capabilities and process requirements.
• Manage client billing inquiries through to resolution with clear, timely communication to stakeholders.
