Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a data-operations professional in the Philippines to prioritize, investigate, and resolve stock exchange data issues using Linux-based systems.

Prioritize and manage reported stock exchange and trading activity data issues through structured incident management and an internal ticketing system.
Investigate and resolve data issues using Linux and server-based data management tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to schedule releases and implement bug fixes that address client-impacting data flow issues.
Collaborate with colleagues across regions to implement improvements to existing data flows and uphold Nasdaq's service quality standards.
Drive continual service improvement initiatives to reduce recurring data issues and enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
Hands‑on experience working with the Linux terminal and server‑based environments; experience in data extraction is an advantage.
Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues, perform data conversion, and manipulate large datasets effectively.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the trading or financial services industry.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Linux environments and command‑line tools.
Experience in the fintech industry or a comparable financial technology environment.
Experience in a client‑facing role with confidence to represent Nasdaq in external meetings.

This position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and follows a hybrid work model with at least two days per week in the office.
