Job summary

Nasdaq Manila is seeking a Sales Support Analyst reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations. You will help administer accounts, opportunities, contracts, orders, cancellations, and billing in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve requests, maintain SLAs, and contribute to process improvements. Hybrid work is available in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution (≥2 years).
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience working with client-facing teams to resolve issues through to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales operations lifecycle including account setup, contract generation, approval workflows, signatures, orders, cancellations, and billing validation.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve requests and ensure successful lifecycle movement.
• Research and resolve system, order, and billing issues, coordinating actions per SLAs and controls.
• Initiate order fulfillment and monitor downstream billing for accuracy; process refunds or rebills as required.
• Participate in system testing and contribute to process improvements and documentation.
