Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales support, sales operations, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience working with client-facing teams to resolve issues and move requests to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Clear written and verbal English communication; able to collaborate across internal business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sales operations lifecycle including account setup, contract generation, approvals, and billing validation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and other teams to move requests through the lifecycle.
• Research and resolve system, order, and billing issues following SLAs, SOX, and controls.
• Initiate order fulfillment and monitor downstream billing for accuracy; coordinate corrections as needed.
• Participate in system testing and assist with process-improvement initiatives and documentation.
