Job summary

First United Finance & Leasing Corporation in Commonwealth Quezon City is seeking a business development and loan officer to drive quality consumer and corporate loans. The role focuses on cultivating dealer relationships, pre-screening accounts, and ensuring MRAC-compliant approvals.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree, has 1–4 years in banking/financial services, and is willing to be stationed in Quezon City. Driving is preferred to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/college degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.
• Preferably 1–4 years of experience in banking/financial services.
• Willing to be assigned at Commonwealth Quezon City.
• Preferably knows how to drive.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality consumer loans (auto, trucks) and corporate accounts.
• Develop new business tie-ups with dealers (brand new and pre-owned).
• Manage account solicitation and generation of quality accounts.
• Pre-screen accounts based on approved criteria and evaluate/recommend for MRAC approval.
• Develop and accredit dealers and agents to enhance business relationships.

Job description

• To generate quality loans in Consumer such as Auto, Trucks and Corporate Accounts.

• To develop new business tie-ups with dealers, both brand new and pre-owned.

• Manages account solicitation/generation of quality accounts;

• Conducts pre-screening of accounts based on the approved criteria.

• Evaluates and recommends account for approval that meet the MRAC criteria.

• Develop dealers and agent to enhance business relationship.

• Accredit potential dealers and agents on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• Preferably 1-4 yrs. Experienced Employee specializing in banking/Financial Services or equivalent

• Willing to be assigned at Commonwealth Quezon City

• Preferably knows how to drive.
