Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a field-oriented Loan Consultant to meet assigned sales targets, develop dealer and client relationships, and assist applicants through the loan process.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, willingness to travel and perform fieldwork, and immediate availability. Training in Ortigas, Pasig is provided to support success.

• Meet assigned sales targets.

• Check loan applications and required documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements and loan applications.
• Recruit, train, and support prospective Loan Consultants.
• Conduct field visits and generate new leads.
• Assist clients throughout the loan application process.
• Prepare sales reports and other required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
