Chailease Berjaya Finance Corporation is seeking a field-leaning Sales Specialist to promote auto loan financing to second-hand car dealers in the Philippines. Responsibility includes dealer visits, generating loan applications, and coordinating with credit teams for smooth processing.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly quotas with incentives, driving fieldwork, and building client relationships. Fresh graduates welcome; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s Auto Loan Financing Services to second-hand car dealers.

• Conduct regular dealer visits and fieldwork to generate loan applications from second-hand dealers.

• Assist and coordinate with clients and dealers throughout the loan application and approval process.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments, including Credit and Loan Processing, to ensure smooth and timely case processing.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales quotas with corresponding monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.

• Fresh graduates/non-experience are welcome to apply.

• Willing to engage in fieldwork and client visits.

• Highly driven, aggressive, and target-oriented.

• Experience in car unit selling (brand new or pre-owned) or new car loans is an advantage.

• Background in auto loan or truck loan financing is a plus.

• Preferably able to drive a car or motorcycle and with a valid driver’s license.
