Job summary

Santaisabel in Cebu City is seeking a candidate to review loan applications, conduct tele-marketing, and assist Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related fields. They should possess good communication and marketing skills and have the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a salary between PHP 13,000.00 and PHP 15,000.00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and completeness of submitted documents.
• Monitor status of loan applications and documents.
• Conduct tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
• Assist Loan Consultants in marketing efforts.
• Tag names of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System.
• Handle customer inquiries through telephone, e-mail, or walk-in.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client

Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to Account Officer and Marketing Assistant in Head Office.

Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.

Assists and supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.

Responsible in tagging of name of new Loan Consultants in the Loan Management System

Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies through online or facsimile.

Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts

Requests renewal commission for Loan Consultants with released accounts.

Handles customer/client’s inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in.

Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.

Preferably with at least six (6) months work related experience in sales/marketing. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and result-oriented.

Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Should have strong convincing power and teamwork skills.
