Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is looking for a Sales Officer to drive Auto Loan volume through multiple channels and contribute to the bank's growth. You will source loan applications, coordinate with branches and dealers, and ensure prompt responses to queries while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, sales experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel within Pagadian, Ozamiz and Dipolog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business- or marketing-related field.
• 1 year of background in retail lending or any sales/marketing-related role.
• Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Good interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong selling ability.
• Willing to travel within Pagadian, Ozamis and Dipolog.

Responsabilités

• Sells and sources auto loan applications from various channels to hit volume targets.
• Ensures queries from branches, dealers and clients are addressed promptly.
• Visits branches and dealers regularly to update them on auto-related developments.
• Reviews, approves, and relays Purchase Orders for Direct Marketing accounts.
• Reviews and relays Credit Advice for Dealer Financing accounts.
• Monitors the status of applications and relays results to clients.
• Coordinates with Credit Department for prompt credit action and decisions.
• Arranges client document signing and may witness Direct Marketing accounts.
• Monitors documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance and attends mandatory trainings.

The Sales Officer is primarily responsible in generating Auto Loan Volume from different channels to attain profitability target and continue to contribute to Bank's business growth.

Responsibilities

• Handles selling and sourcing of auto loan applications referred by the different channel to achieve volume targets.
• Ensure that all queries and needs of branches, dealers and clients are address promptly.
• Visits assigned branches and dealers regularly to update them on auto-related developments.
• Reviews, approves, and relays Purchase Order (for Direct Marketing accounts).
• Reviews and relays Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing accounts.
• Monitors the status of application received and relay the result to the clients.
• Coordinates and makes follow ups to the Credit Department for immediate credit action and decision.
• Arranges client's document signing and occasionally acts as witness (for Direct Marketing accounts).
• Monitors, follows up, and regularizes documentary deficiencies to ensure compliance Ensures compliance on mandatory trainings and seminars.
• Provides guidance and support to Sales Assistant to ensure they achieve target and deliver other job requirements such as administrative function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business or marketing-related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year background in retail lending or any industry dealing with Sales Marketing.
• Knowledge and solid understanding of lending products and practices.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Excellent communication skills with good analytical & presentation skills.
