Job summary

Second Skin Industries, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage client leads and drive conversions.

You will consult clients, prepare quotations and proposals, and clearly explain service options, warranties, and the aftersales process to ensure smooth handovers. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or client handling, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads with meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive services (PPF, wraps, tints, detailing) is a plus.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Handle assigned leads, conduct client consultations, and recommend the appropriate SSI service or package.


• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and -when needed -visual mockups.


• Explain product differences, warranty terms, and the aftersales process clearly.


• Close sales, coordinate scheduling with Operations, and ensure smooth handover to Aftersales.


• Maintain daily follow-ups, update the CRM/lead tracker, and reconnect with old or lost leads.


• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper scheduling, showroom readiness, and support for walk-in clients.


• Maintain strong product knowledge (PPF, wraps, ceramic coating, tints, security films, customization) and confidently upsell add-ons or upgrades.


• Ensure all documentation (quotations, client forms, job orders, invoices) is complete, signed, and properly tagged for commission tracking.


• Follow up with completed clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage reviews, and elevate concerns when necessary.
