Job Description

• Implements the sales unit goals through the translation of the plans and programs into efficient sales operations and achievement of related key performance indicators (KPI).
• Acquiring new Clients and retention of existing Accounts.
• Perform effective telemarketing and tap potential Clients and Leads.
• Prospecting and profiling new Clients.
• Regularly updates the Client for promos and new products to offer.
• Negotiate, and prepares contract and packages for potential and closed sales.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepares quotations and process orders.
• Write an After-sales visit report to identify the Client's requirements and requests.
• Preferably a graduate in Marketing Management.
• At least 1 year of working experience in retail sales is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and basic knowledge of client management.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite/office based.
