Job Description

Responsibilities

• Identify new potential clients and develop a client base through outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects clients
• Delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase products and services, highlighting how they can solve customer problems.
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities
• Guide and provide client of information's in regards with the company's product and services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and close sales by preparing and coordinating necessary sales documents.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Hands on with clients need from start to finish of the sales/project that was been awarded.
• Work with internal departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Make sure that the clients needs/request are being met and if in an instance not possible, provide suggestion or alternatives in order not to lose the clients interest in the companies products.
• As the face of the company you will be attending clients meeting and social gatherings as companies representative.
• Will be responsible in updating the client in regards with their payments or pending balances with the company.
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
