Role Description

The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila. The Sales Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct lead generation activities, and manage the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing quotations or proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Officer is expected to build strong customer relationships, represent the company professionally, and contribute to achieving sales targets and market growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
• Background in Channel Sales or managing partnerships and distribution networks is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Comfort working on-site in Manila and engaging directly with clients in person.
• Relevant experience in services or facilities management sectors is beneficial.
