The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by presenting and promoting our products, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring efficient documentation and communication processes. The role involves achieving sales targets, analyzing market potential, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
Duties and responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
- Presents, promotes, and sells products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing/prospective customers.
- Reaches out to potential customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales and status reports.
- Identifies product improvements, new products, brands, and suppliers.
- Attends industry conferences to enhance product knowledge and establish personal networks.
Customer Relationship Development:
- Sells products by establishing new customers and developing relationships with prospects.
- Grows relationships with existing customers.
- Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Assists in the follow-up of Trade Receivables from customers.
- Accompanies customers on Factory Acceptance Test visits.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Documentation and Communication:
- Prepares accreditation documents for new customers.
- Answers clients' inquiries about products; their features, prices, and availability, and prepares Sales Quotations.
- Leads the preparation of Bid Documents and attends pre-biddings and biddings.
- Coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related business course.
- License: Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer with knowledge and/ or experience in the application of electrical products such as pole line hardware, connectors, bi-metallic conductors, FRP crossarms, transformers, steel poles, and semi-conductive plastic ties.
- Work Experience : At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the electrical distribution trading industry or hands-on experience using electrical products mentioned. Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both verbal and written English and Filipino.
- Working knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Google applications.

- Essential Skills: Has successfully exceeded Key Performance Indicators / Sales Targets for the past three years, highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship management skills, openness to feedback, a pleasing personality, and the ability to deal with different types of people.
- Personal Attributes: A learner and a team player, independent and highly motivated self-starter with logical problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented, organized and has attention to detail.
Working conditions
Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: On-site
Work Location: West Triangle, Quezon City
Meal Break: 1-hour break (included in work hours)
Travel Requirement: Willing to travel to client locations nationwide
