Job description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Officer located in Metro Manila. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. They must thoroughly understand clients' business needs and objectives to develop customized account strategies.
• Sales and Account Development: achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities for account growth, implementing sales campaigns, and effectively closing agreements. Responsible for preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
• Strategic Partnership Development and Fulfillment: architect, conceptualize, and design bespoke partnership programs and client-centric solutions tailored to meet specific business objectives. Proactively lead and coordinate all pre-launch activities, managing the end-to-end preparation of all necessary requirements (including contracts, marketing collateral, and operational workflows) to ensure flawless implementation and fulfillment.
• Reporting and Compliance: regular reporting on account status and sales forecasts; ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments; share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to strategic planning sessions aimed at improving overall performance. Supervises his team and other sales-related employees to ensure growth and expansion of company sales and networks.

Qualifications

• A college graduate of any marketing or business courses, preferably business management or administration, marketing, etc.
• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or partnerships.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
