Conveyance Realty Services Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to assist inquiries on title transfer services and convert them into valued clients. The role acts as the bridge between clients and the company, driving new opportunities through networking and referrals.

You will build relationships, present services, and strive to meet monthly and yearly targets. Real estate background is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome, and incentives on top of basic pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Real estate background is an advantage.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in Sales.

• Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, efficiency, and flexibility.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales strategies

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Officer is responsible for assisting inquiries with their title transfer questions and converting them into valued clients. The idea is that he / she will be the bridge towards forging a working relationship between the client who wants to avail of the title transfer service and the company.


COMPANY BENEFITS:

• Sales Incentives/Commission (starting from Php15,000 to Php40,000/month ON TOP OF BASIC PAY)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must at least graduate of a 4-year course.
