PHILIPPINE INVESTMENT TWO (SPV-AMC) Inc. is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to monitor ROPA, oversee properties for sale, and promote listings via website and social media. You will train and supervise Sales & Marketing Officers, set and monitor KPI targets, and provide updates to top management.

Travel and immediate availability are valued. Qualifications include a BS in Real Estate or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

About the role

This role involves monitoring Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA), overseeing property status and updates for sale, and promoting properties through website and social media channels. You will train and supervise Sales & Marketing Officers, establish and monitor KPI/targets, and provide updates and reports to top management. You will interview prospective clients to determine their property needs, advise them on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and recommend sales pricing proposals for approval.

About you
