Job summary

StartupLab is seeking a Sales Officer to support client acquisition and relationship-building by engaging potential startup clients, following up on leads, and assisting in closing aligned engagements.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow in a structured environment within our Cavite office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, client support, or customer-facing roles.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and follow-ups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads, respond to inquiries, and conduct initial conversations with potential startup clients.
• Build rapport with prospects, understand basic needs, and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Prepare basic sales documentation, record client information accurately, and coordinate next steps with the Project Coordinator.
• Update sales records, track follow-ups, and submit regular activity and status reports.

Sales Outreach & Lead Follow-Up

• ? Sales Outreach & Lead Follow-Up Contact assigned leads, respond to inquiries, and conduct initial conversations with potential startup clients.


• ? Client Relationship Support Build rapport with prospects, understand basic needs, and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.


• ? Sales Documentation & Coordination Prepare basic sales documentation, record client information accurately, and coordinate next steps with the Project Coordinator.


• ? Sales Tracking & Reporting Update sales records, track follow-ups, and submit regular activity and status reports.
