Job summary

Federal Land, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Property Sales professional in Metro Manila to promote, market, and sell luxury properties in the Bay Area, Pasay City. You will process client transactions, build rapport with clients and colleagues, and foster networks.

The role leads a team of 5 Property Specialists and requires meeting sales quotas within 6 months. This is a full-time contractual position with allowance and commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

• College/Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Confident, positive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and self-motivation.
