Job summary

SCG International Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager (Manila) to drive sales growth, lead and develop the local sales team, and strengthen customer relationships in the Philippines. You will identify new business opportunities and work closely with the regional team in Thailand to ensure local activities align with regional strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 in leadership.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in building materials sales is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work and manage sales operations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the local sales team to meet targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities, markets, and key accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Coordinate with regional team in Thailand on forecasts and plans.
• Collaborate on pricing, launches, promotions with Thailand team.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and KPI monitoring.
• Present performance and strategic recommendations to management.
