Job summary

Guntner Asia Pacific is seeking a Sales Manager for the Philippines to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and lead efforts across sales, quotations, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, a engineering degree, and excellent English communication. You will work in a dynamic, results-driven environment with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• 4–5 years of relevant professional working experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Must be a strong team player and customer-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New Business: proactively identifies and secures new business opportunities to grow the customer portfolio.
• CRM: cultivates and maintains robust, long-term customer relationships.
• Sales Performance Optimization: engages with customers to maximize account profitability and ensure timely payments.
• Quotation & Follow-up: prepares accurate quotations and supports customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Target Achievement: consistently meets or exceeds sales targets as defined by the manager.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborates with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
